1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with.
Products labeled as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Digital products, software, and downloadable content.
Earphones, headphones, and other personal hygiene items for health and safety reasons (unless defective).
Wait for return approval and instructions on where to send the item.
Securely pack the product and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
It may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
5. Cancellations
